Tony Martella, CMA, AMS, PCAMPresident

Tony Martella has been with Comsource Management, Inc. since 1986. As President, Mr. Martella oversees the day-today operation of Comsource Management, Inc. and the successful operations of over 125 communities throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area, conducts staff training, oversight of community manager’s functions, training for site managers. Conducts business development, provides consulting services to large association projects such as renovation projects, management audits, etc. Serves as community manager as needed. Mr. Martella holds the Community Manager for Community Association (CMCA) designation, the Association Manager Specialist (AMS) designation and the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation.

Mr. Martella holds a B.S. in economics from the University of Maryland.

Gary M. Simon, CMCA, AMS, PCAM

Vice President

Gary Simon has been involved in community management for over two decades. Over the past fourteen years he has been with Comsource managing condominiums, town homes and home owner associations throughout the Washington Metropolitan area. His experience has included virtually every aspect of community management including transitioning communities from developer control; developing initial architectural guidelines, rules and regulations; and managing replacement projects in established communities. He is well versed in the daily supervision of site management and engineering personnel as well as the importance of detailed financial management and reporting.

Gary is active in the Community Associations Institute and holds their Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®), Association Management Specialist (AMS®), and Professional Community Association Manager Certification (PCAM®) designations. Gary is a director on the Washington Metropolitan Chapter of the Community Associations Institute Board of Directors for the 2019 term.

Dan Lowery, CMCA, AMS, PCAMVice President

Dan has been with Comsource since 2003. Dan has extensive experience managing Luxury High Rise and large scale Condominiums. Additionally, Dan supervises the daily operations of five Community Association Managers. Well versed in every aspect of association management, Dan has managed Homeowners Associations and Condominiums including assisting developers with new project creation.

Dan has also overseen Condominium conversion projects and mixed use developments. Dan has managed a full range of capital projects and assisted his communities in financial planning for future Reserve projects.
