Our staff comprises Certified Public Accountants, Certified Property Managers, Certified Managers of Community Associations and licensed real estate professionals — all with a rich knowledge in property supervision, association establishment, cost control and financial accounting. Many have been with Comsource for over ten years, and bilingual professionals are available as needed.
Gary Simon has been with Comsource Management since 2005 and serves as President, providing strategic leadership for the company and its portfolio of more than 155 community associations throughout the Washington metropolitan area. He directs the company’s operations, growth strategy, client service standards, and organizational development.
Gary works closely with Comsource’s leadership team to ensure the company has the people, systems, technology, and processes necessary to exceed client expectations for responsiveness and professionalism. He remains actively involved in business development, employee training, community transitions, and complex association matters.
He also provides consulting services for capital projects, management audits, operational reviews, special initiatives, and continues to serve as community manager for select associations when his direct involvement is beneficial.
Gary is active in the Community Associations Institute and holds the CMCA®, AMS®, and PCAM® designations.
Dan Lowery has been with Comsource Management since 2003 and serves as Executive Vice President. He works alongside the President to oversee company operations, support strategic initiatives, and promote consistent service standards across Comsource’s management, financial, administrative, and support departments.
Dan provides executive guidance to community managers and department leaders while playing an active role in employee development, operational planning, client relations, and complex association matters. He also manages a full portfolio of community associations, remaining directly connected to the needs of boards and residents.
Throughout his career, Dan has managed luxury high-rises, large-scale condominiums, homeowners associations, mixed-use developments, condominium conversions, and developer-controlled communities. His experience includes financial planning, reserve funding, capital projects, contract administration, governance, and long-term planning.
Gianmarco Gallerini has been with Comsource Management since 2011 and serves as Vice President of Operations. During his tenure, he has worked in most facets of community association management, including as an onsite community manager for a large-scale condominium, general manager of one of Montgomery County’s tallest residential high-rise buildings, and portfolio community manager overseeing a diverse range of homeowners associations, condominiums, and professional office parks.
In his current role, Gianmarco oversees Comsource’s portfolio management team, providing operational leadership, training, professional development, and support. He also oversees a portfolio of dynamic and complex community associations and remains directly engaged with boards and establishing solutions to operational challenges.
Gianmarco leads the company’s business development efforts and works with the executive team to identify growth opportunities, guide new-community transitions, strengthen client relationships, and implement companywide initiatives. He also supports employee development and assists with complex operational, financial, and governance matters.
Gianmarco is active in the Community Associations Institute and serves on the local Associa Cares committee, which supports fundraising efforts that provide financial assistance to families and communities affected by natural and man-made disasters.
He holds the CMCA®, AMS®, and PCAM® designations and has earned two master’s degrees, including an MBA from the University of Maryland with specialization in procurement, contract management, and operations.
Guihua Tian has been with Comsource Management since 2018 and serves as Vice President of Finance. She oversees the company’s financial operations and accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, financial reporting, banking, and reserve-fund investments.
Guihua leads Comsource’s accounting teams and is responsible for maintaining effective procedures, internal controls, and financial reporting standards. She oversees financial statement preparation, bank reconciliations, general-ledger activity, audits, tax filings, and coordination with banks and professional partners.
Working closely with community managers and association boards, Guihua provides financial analysis, resolves accounting issues, and offers guidance regarding budgets, cash management, investments, and long-term planning. She also helps evaluate and improve the systems and processes supporting Comsource’s portfolio.
Guihua brings extensive accounting leadership experience and has taught a variety of accounting courses at Montgomery College and the University of Maryland Global Campus. She holds both the CPA and CMA credentials, as well as a Master of Science in Accounting and Financial Management.
